Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Qiwu Plus may be unable to cancel an order once accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of ordering.
Special Notice for EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For EU customers, risk of loss passes upon actual receipt of the goods.

Qiwu Plus is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Service to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are conducted directly with Qiwu Plus. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to any purchase or transaction between you and Qiwu Plus.
