Handcrafted ceramics may exhibit minor variations in size, glaze color variations, tiny air bubbles, body marks, or iron spots that are disclosed on the product page and do not affect normal display or use. These natural handcrafted marks do not mean the item is significantly not as described, nor do they limit consumer statutory rights regarding undisclosed defects, shipping damage, or items significantly not as described.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase. Qiwu Plus reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason in its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Qiwu Plus confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please double-check your order before submitting it, as Qiwu Plus may be unable to assist with cancellation once accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Special Notice for EU Buyers: Under EU consumer protection laws, EU buyers enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the date of receipt. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Returns and exchanges for your purchase transactions are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchase of products is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export purposes.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotional activities are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when your order is placed, which will also be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices posted on our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or online/other stores operated by third parties. We may occasionally offer promotional offers for services that affect pricing, which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, holidays, flight adjustments, extreme weather, and other events beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and providing available logistics information. When Qiwu Plus arranges the carrier, Qiwu Plus bears the risk of loss or damage during transit until physical delivery to the customer or designated recipient; if the customer designates a carrier not provided by us, the transfer of risk shall be handled in accordance with applicable law. This section does not exclude or limit customer rights regarding non-delivery, transit damage, or statutory consumer laws.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Service, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Qiwu Plus, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners.

We may provide you with access to third-party customer tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Qiwu Plus is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. However, any sales and purchase transactions made at our store are conducted directly through Qiwu Plus. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any matters related to sales transactions between you and Qiwu Plus, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Qiwu Plus.
