These natural variations are defining features of handcrafted art rather than manufacturing defects.
  • Irreplicability of Unique Pieces: Many of our artworks are one-of-a-kind creations. In the event of transit damage or unexpected inventory discrepancies, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that an identical replacement may not be available. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or negotiate an exchange for an item of equivalent value in accordance with our Return Policy.
