2. Characteristics of Handcrafted Ceramic Works

The works sold on this website are primarily handcrafted ceramics. Minor dimensional variations, glaze colour differences, small air bubbles, body marks, iron spots, or slight handcraft traces that have been disclosed on the product page and do not affect normal display or use are natural characteristics that may arise from the handmaking and firing process. Serious defects not disclosed in advance, damage in transit, issues affecting normal display or use, or conditions that materially differ from the product description are not covered by the above and shall not limit consumers' statutory rights to repair, replacement, return, or refund.

Some works are one-of-a-kind or cannot be fully replicated. In the event of transit damage, inventory discrepancy, or inability to provide an identical replacement, we will offer repair, re-creation, replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on stock availability, the nature of the work, our refund policy, and applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the original text, photographs, videos, ceramic work designs, brand identities, graphics, and page content on this website are legally owned by Qiwu Plus, the relevant creators, or their licensors. Without prior written permission from the rights holder, none of the above may be used for reproduction for sale, commercial promotion, imitation, image theft, or any other purpose that infringes intellectual property rights. Fair use permitted by law is not restricted by this clause.

4. International Orders, Taxes & Customs Clearance

International orders may incur import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling charges. Unless expressly shown as collected by Qiwu Plus at checkout, these charges are generally payable by the recipient to the local customs authority, tax authority, or carrier. Where a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay taxes, refusal of delivery, or prolonged non-collection, we will process refunds and any actual irrecoverable costs in accordance with our refund policy, shipping policy, and applicable law once the goods are safely returned.

Consumers are expected to cooperate in providing reasonably necessary customs clearance documentation. Where restrictions or return shipments are caused by errors in product information we provided, carrier fault, or other reasons attributable to Qiwu Plus, consumers shall bear no corresponding liability. This clause does not exclude consumers' rights arising from non-delivery, transit damage, description discrepancy, or applicable consumer law.

5. Website Information & Technical Operation

We will make reasonable efforts to keep product information, inventory, pricing, and website functionality accurate and available. If a material error is identified, we will correct it promptly and contact affected customers. Website maintenance, network outages, third-party service failures, or other events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary delays; this does not relieve us of our legally assumed obligations regarding order fulfilment, refunds, product liability, or consumer protection.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qiwu Plus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and were not directly caused by our breach. This clause does not exclude or limit liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, or breach of statutory duty, nor does it limit any rights that consumers cannot waive or exclude by law.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Notice is in principle governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction or a consumer dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable law. This clause does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of their habitual residence, nor does it limit consumers' right to choose a court of competent jurisdiction or other remedies available to them by law.

8. Relationship with Other Policies

For specific rules regarding orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and the handling of personal information, please also refer to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Where any policy conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law shall prevail.
