I have always believed that ceramic art is not merely shaping clay into vessels, but engaging in an ongoing dialogue with materials, time, fire, and one's own inner state. The birth of each piece is never the result of simple repetition, but a slow unfolding born of craftsmanship, intuition, and serendipitous change. For this reason, I choose to preserve the natural marks left in the clay during the creative process, allowing each piece to carry authentic warmth and an unmistakable individuality.

In my work, I deeply value slowness. Rather than pursuing speed and rigid uniformity, I focus on the subtle shifts that emerge throughout the making process. Whether throwing on the wheel, hand-sculpting, coiling, or firing glazes, every single step imprints a trace of that specific moment. These marks may render a piece imperfect, yet they imbue it with vitality and bring it closer to the true essence of handmade ceramics.
