How do I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@qiwuplus.com and describe the reason for your request.

• Quality issues / Wrong item sent: We will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
• Personal reasons: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal preference, the round-trip shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• *Note: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• As each piece is entirely handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and detail are natural and part of the charm of handmade artistry — these are not considered quality defects. If your item arrives with structural damage, functional defects, or is significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

Free Shipping Policy

All orders within mainland China enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on standard EMS or SF International rates. We currently ship to: China (including Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan), Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, major European countries, Australia, and New Zealand.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

To ensure the safe transit of our ceramic pieces across international borders, we currently prioritize reinforced protective packaging and do not offer additional decorative gift wrapping at this time.

Will the colors look different from the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent the true colors of each piece. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and the natural variation of hand-applied glazes in ceramic production. The actual piece carries its own artistic character — we appreciate your understanding.
