The body has a deep charcoal-black base, with mottled greenish-blue glaze distributed across the surface. Fine particles and irregular color variations create a natural texture reminiscent of rock or patina; the rim transitions to a lighter milky white and pale blue, creating layers against the dark body. The subtle irregularities left by the handmade forming and firing process ensure that every piece has unique surface variations.
